Frequent failure to generate images, keeps reporting error and it's been going on for weeks now

It takes longer time to generate images, and reports errors in generating images majority of the time.

I’ve cleared cache, changed browser, still the same thing.

Please look into this.

    I'm sorry about the issue. Could you post the error message that you're getting? Can you also share the prompt and the reference image if you're using? Which feature/ model are you using?
