Frequent Freezing and Unusable Cartoon-Style Child Images in Adobe Firefly

Dear Adobe Firefly Support Team,I am a subscribed user of Adobe Firefly, but I am encountering persistent issues that are significantly impacting my experience. Specifically, the platform frequently freezes and displays the error message "Something went wrong. Please try again later." This happens often, disrupting my workflow.Additionally, when generating cartoon-style images of children, the results are frequently unusable. For example, the generated images often depict children with missing ears (e.g., only one ear) or incorrect hand anatomy (e.g., hands with only three or four fingers). These errors make the images unsuitable for my projects. In comparison, other platforms like Ideogram produce cartoon-style child images with accurate features, suggesting this should be achievable.Could you please investigate these issues? The frequent freezing and the generation of flawed images are making it difficult to use Firefly effectively. I am happy to provide additional details or screenshots if needed.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Best regards,

Hi @beatrice_bautista_8256!

Thanks for reaching out. For the "Something went wrong" error, can you please try using a different browser? Currently, Firefly has limitations in creating realistic body features in generated images. The quality of our models will improve with time, and generated content will continue to better follow prompts. Select the report icon to provide feedback about distorted facial or body features. We will share this feedback with the engineering team to review.

Thanks
