Friend having problems accessing Adobe Firefly

Hello!

A friend says: Although I'm logged into my account, I cannot load any of the Firefly apps. If I click on Text to image, I'm sent to the page with the video explaining how it works, and that's the same for Generative Fill and Text effects. It has been this way for days now.

Any solutions on how to fix this?
