Frustration with AI Video Tools and Pricing

Question

I’m writing to express some growing frustration with the AI-driven video features in your platform. As someone who pays a significant monthly fee for access to these tools, it's incredibly disappointing when the AI repeatedly fails to follow clear instructions.

Whether it's misinterpreting prompts, adding unwanted elements, or simply ignoring constraints I’ve laid out, the result is a lot of wasted time and effort—especially when the tool is marketed as intuitive and intelligent.

For the price I'm paying, I expect the technology to be responsive and accurate, not something that requires constant workarounds to get a usable result. I hope you’re actively working to improve this, because right now it’s hard to justify the cost.
