https://firefly.adobe.com/generate/image Doesn’t load. This has been going on for five days. They refuse to comment or respond to my messages.

Is there a more current upgrades version of Firefly I can load?

No. It still doesn’t work. I thought maybe it was because I didn’t purchase new credits, but I still have 12,000 credits. I just bought more...but I still can’t generate an image. When I click on an image to preview it takes me to: https://firefly.adobe.com/generate/image but nothing happens on that page. It remains blank. This has been going on for over a week now.

@boblamb0924 After getting a new plan, log out of the creative cloud app to reset the functions of Firefly. Log out then back in to the Creative Cloud App, after you get a new subscription or change subscription.

If this doesn’t reset things, please tag one of us in your next reply.
