Generate sound effects - Can't access past "Get Started" button

I can't seem to get beyond the Get Started button for generating sound effects. Clicking it does nothing. Tried in three different browsers (MacOS). All the other genrative features seem to work fine in FireFly.

Anyone have the same issue and found a solution?

I have access to all the other genrative tools on my plan. I can't see anywhere that suggests Genrate Sound Effects is not included. I've never been able to acces it.
