I reached out to our Adobe rep and this was his response:
“ It looks like beta was made available yesterday for Enterprise. I have to still do digging if we can get it approved for VIP or not…I think that’s where we are hitting a roadblock. “

    Thanks for your reply.
If I get this figured out, I will post the fix.

    Cheers!

    Hello @timothyb82556379 and @Dan38142195jmbr,

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.

Are you using a personal creative cloud plan or one from a company/school/organisation (an enterprise or teams plan)?

    Thanks,
    droopy

I'm the same. Got my email yesterday saying 'you're in' and information on how to use firefly video, but when I try to generate, it says I don't have access to that feature 😞

OK, not sure why that is. I see on the Adobe news page, Firefly video is now a full public beta.

      Hi @timothyb82556379
Firefly Video is in a beta with only a limited amout of people at this point. So unless you applied to the beta and got the accepted response, you will not have access until it is deemed suitable for release to the broader community.
