My plan was renewed on the 6th, but already today all of my generations disappeared along with the generation history, which I didn’t even know existed.
I did have generations, but not in such an amount that I could have used up my entire plan in just three days, especially considering that I had a trial subscription for additional credits, which also ended before the trial period expired.
I also changed my password, but I want to understand where my credits went and I request reimbursement of the unused credits.
