Generations adding unwanted effects

My generation's are adding extra effects that I didnt not ask for and taking credits. I have just used 2000 credits to generate a short 8 second video and had to re-generate it 6 times. Please assess this!

    Here is another one where it has taken my credits and delivered a poor result! I have now used 6000 credits where approx 4000 are wasted.. Can you please confirm if this can be reviewed?

    Hi Mokak, if the generator successfully produces an image or video based on your prompt, the generation can't be reviewed or refunded.

    You may need to make your prompt more clear about where you want the colors to go. You could also use on of Adobe's video apps like After Effects or Premiere to change the colors in a video.


    If you want to keep using Firefly, I suggest being more clear about which color goes where. Be more specific in your prompt.

    Here is an example of what I produced today. Prompt is telling to change the house and garage door colour although only the house is being changed.

    Using unnecessary credits and not getting desired results is frustrating. 

    Prompting is also a lot of trial and error.

    We want to assist you and help resolve the challenges you are encountering. When things are not working as expected it is frustrating.
    Could you provide more information to proceed. Without the requested information it is difficult to assist you resolve the issue.

     

    Steps to take
    Could you create a full screen video of your workflow showing us what is happening? This would help considerably.

    Provide your prompt and reference image(s) if there are any?
    Consider clearing cache, cookies, and using a different browser. 


    Make sure to delete the files that are not working to prevent having a bad seed.
