Generations take a long time, but fail in the end

it's incredibly frustrating. The generation took a long time, but in the end it failed to complete the task. It ended up being a complete waste of credits.

I really hope Adobe can investigate this issue and refund the credits for failed generations. Users shouldn't lose credits when the system isn't able to finish the job.

    Hi FOOTSTYLE,
Thanks for flagging this, I'd like to get to the bottom of what happened.

On our end, the request I can see tied to your account did go through and return a result, rather than stopping mid-process. To confirm this is the same generation you're referring to and figure out what went wrong with the output, could you share:

    1. A screenshot of what you saw (the result, or the error message)

    2. The approximate time you ran it, and which model/settings you used

That'll let me match it against what's logged on our side and see exactly where things diverged from what you expected.

One thing worth flagging in the meantime: If you notice that credits were not returned after an error, this usually indicates that a generation did complete successfully. In that case, you can check under Files > Generation History to see if the video was stored there.

Let us know what you find and thanks for your patience while we sort this out.
