Generative Credits

Hello Everybody, I'm worrying about my generative credits, I had 1000 Credits after an annual plan since 2 months ago, now they're 900/1000 and it's not reseting or renewing since my annual subscription. So when should it renew or reset to 1000 Credits again? I'm just worrying if it never resets forever.

Quoting the FAQ page below:
"6. When do my generative credits renew?
For customers with a paid subscription, generative credits renew each month based on the plan’s initial billing date (For example, if the plan started on the 15th of the month, the credits would renew on the 15th of each month)."

Not worth it.

Credits are not worth the actual currency you spend if you look at how they are leveraged against you. Don't use the firefly option or it'll burn ya.

his is a terrible way to treat loyal paid subscribers. The other day when Firefly dropped, I was actually excited. It said I had 2,000 gen credits—sweet, right? I generated 1 video, and boom, I was out of credits. That’s absolutely absurd. For $9.99 a month, you can generate what, maybe 20 videos? That’s not a fair deal, especially when we’ve been paying for Creative Cloud for years. We’ve already invested a ton of money, and now we’re being limited to how much we can create? It feels like Adobe is more interested in nickel-and-diming its most loyal users than actually supporting us.

The Generative Fill 'credits' are a joke because it may take 50 generations to generate a region that fits with the background simply because the algorithm is crap.  I can't tell you how many times I tried to use Generative Fill on a pond with lily pads and it generated some blurry green-like plants with graffiti text mixed in or a black rectangle - IN THE MIDDLE OF A PATCH OF LILY PADS!!!!!  It happens a LOT!!!!

Frankly, my monthly payment to Adobe should allow me to use the product unrestricted.  If Adobe offered a product that worked, then they can charge for it.  Otherwise, we are suffering with a product that is NOT ready for prime time AND we have to pay to help improve it for Adobe.  That tells you all you need to know about what Adobe thinks of its customers.

Everyone should be flooding these forums with complaints! Adobe’s pricing for Firefly is insane, especially when Creative Cloud subscribers are already paying thousands of dollars a year. We’ve been loyal for years, paying premium prices for Adobe’s software, and now they’re hitting us with extra fees for AI tools that should be part of the subscription. It’s frustrating and unfair, and if enough of us speak up, maybe Adobe will actually listen.

Understandable, but it's been 2 months and there is no reseting or renewal!

You should then talk to an Adobe agent. I'd suggest trying through the text chat (link below), typing 'real person'. The Adobe person will eb able to look at your account and provide support in this area:
