This month, Adobe Firefly charged me, but I did not receive the 3,000 generative credits that I should have been granted. Where can I report this issue?

Exactly, when the payment was made, it didn’t give me any new credits.

So, on May 3, you did not get any credits?

 

Can you also please go to account.adobe.com and take a screen shot of the left two columns showing which plans you have (but do not include the third column that has payment information).
