Generative Credits

I have a firefly pro plan, which is the right package for me. I'm working on a project and run out of credits. It appears, my only option is to upgrade to a premium plan, which is overkill for what I'm doing most of the time - and expensive too. I can't just buy additional credits for my current plan? Are you serious? I have to abandon the project for weeks until the credits reset? This is not a good process. ..

Hi @ellynsong,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback.

At this time, Adobe does not offer the option to purchase additional generative credits separately. Once you've used all the credits included with your plan, you would need to wait for the next monthly reset or consider upgrading to a higher-tier plan, such as Firefly Premium.

For more details on how generative credits work, including reset cycles and plan comparisons, you can refer to this official FAQ:

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Account, Payment, & Plan forum so that proper help can be offered.
