Generative Credits did not reset on billing date

My cloud subscribtion renews every 19th of the month but my generative credits did not renew on March 19 and now I have 0 credits left. How can I solve this? I really need to use credits for a project.

I am having the exact same issue right now. Today is my monthly anniversary date and my credits did not reset. Did you get this fixed? Sounds like Adobe has a bug. Hoping you can help share how you got this fixed as I am getting nowhere with Adobe chat (multiple transfers from agent to agent only to be told what is already in the FAQ and what is not working). Thanks for any info you can share to get this fixed. It's not an isolated incident clearly.
