generative credits doesn´t reset

my adobe firefly credits 4000 / 4000 doesn´t reset at start of next month. There is a date listed with next reset but it doesn´t happen. Where to conact adobe to solve this problem?

Our IT department is the contract owner and cannot help. We do not have access to support.

Thanks for the screenshot! Since you're on a business plan, can someone from your IT department log into the Admin Console and create a case? That will reach our enterprise support team. Here is an article that can show you how to do that: https://adobe.ly/4hg0UWS

It looks like you have a good amount of credits to use before the next reset on September 26, which is 22 days from now. I'm assuming the previous reset date said August 26th?
