Hi, I have just subscribed for Adobe FireFly Standard monthly plan, which is suppose to give me 2000 Credits to be able to generate up to 20 videos of 5 seconds, however after only 5 generations, the credit was out and it keeps telling me to buy more, anyone experiencing that ? And what to do about it ? Thank you.

Hi @Yasser32262209!

Thanks for sharing the details. I checked the account, and you had used 500 credits for video generation, 1200 from Google Veo 3, and another 1200 from Google Veo 3. The total credits used have exceeded the allocated credits. After going on a support call for Adobe this evening they sold me the Firefly 2000 Credit deal...... about 8 mins later after messing around and learning how it works all my credits were gone! I've now got to wait for the refresh......waste of time - I'm cancelling it.
