Generative Credits lowered after switching to annual plan

I have been on the monthly photography plan with LRC, PS et al ever since it started. In December of 2024, I switched from monthly to the annual plan. When I tried to do this online, I was instructed to cancel the original plan and resubscribe to the new plan. That was done on or about 12/18/24. Today, I looked at my generative credits, and I see I'm only getting 125 credits monthly instead of the usual 250 monthly credits.

 

Shouldn't I be grandfathered into the 250 monthly credits since all I did was switch payment plans. Adobe required me to cancel and re-enroll.

 

Not real happy with this turn of events. Am I missing something or did Adobe pull a fast one?
