Generator doesn't see first and last frame

When I try to generate a movie and I’m adding first and last frame the movie doesn’t see this frames and makes movie by own idea, not on my pictures.

@Deywi just wondering if you upgraded your plan?
After getting a new plan, log out of the creative cloud app to reset the functions of Firefly. Log out then back in to the Creative Cloud App, after you get a new subscription or change subscription.

@Deywi what model are you using? Can you share a screenshot of the panel with the frames loaded?

But the problem is that i used to use the same model, the same prompt, the same images earlier and this worked. Now nothing works. Even other models. I
