ich würde Bilder gerne gewerblich nutzen. Warum geht das nicht?

    I would like to use images commercially. Why can't I do that?

    Because it's against the guidelines. You will be able to use Firefly commercially when it is out of beta and Adobe tells you that you can, but not until then.
