Good morning, I'm writing here because I haven't found anything else about Adobe Firefly support. Yesterday I renewed my Firefly payment, and even today, February 7, 2026, the program still tells me I don't have any generating credits. Thank you.

    I checked in with the team about this delay, and it turns out a small number of users were affected by a week‑long reset date issue on our side.
     

    We’re actively following up with the teams responsible to get this resolved, and we’ll keep you updated as soon as we have more information.

    Good morning, I'm writing here because my Firefly payment automatically renews on February 6, 2026, and even today, February 8, 2026, the program still tells me I don't have credits to generate content. The account screen says the next recurrence is February 13th. So why pay on February 6th to only be able to generate from the 13th to the 6th of the following month, thus only having about 23 days to use the credits? Thank you.
