Got a You're In email but am not able to use Firefly

Hi guys! 

Was excited to find a You're In email this morning to test Firefly but having issues with it. When I click on the generate button in the opening page it takes me to a video presenting the features of the app. Also the button at the top right of the page where I can click to ask to gain access is still there, I filled the form again just in case. 

I joined the Discord, and someone on the #chat-english thread mentioned we should ask for help here. Is there someone that could help me out here?
