Gratiskontoingent aufgebraucht, nur Fehlermeldungen

Firefly behauptet, das Gratiskontingent sei aufgebraucht. Dabei habe ich noch gar nichts generieren können und mehrere Male nur Fehlermeldungen (hat nicht geklappt) erhalten.  Das ist schade, keine gute Werbung - und wirkt auch unseriös, weil gleich ein Fenster zum Abschließen eines Abos aufpoppt.

There are quite a few plans which have different credit entitlements and different levels of access. In order to answer your question, please reply with the following information:

• What were you trying to generate and what model had you selected? If video, what length and resolution did you select?
• Please click on your avatar in the upper right corner and take a screen shot of the box that pops up, but please black out your name and email address.
• Please go to account.adobe.com and take a screen shot of the left two columns showing which plans you have (but do not include the third column that has payment information).
