Veo 3.1 Fast generated a completely blank green video three times. I used valid vertical 9:16 first and last frame images and tried different prompts and seed values, but every result was the same solid green screen. Credits were deducted for each unusable generation. Please investigate this technical issue and restore the credits deducted for all affected generations.
