I'm curious to know if there are any definitions for some of these themes, effects, concepts, etc? I started putting together some examples of art history concepts & movements for myself and my co-workers. Is there anything like this published? There are some things I am drawing a blank on and could use some help. The following concepts: Beautiful, Dais, Divine, Simple. I would love definitions.

Unfortunately, a detailed guide for each style has not been created. This article describes several styles: Explore art styles for AI prompts. It would be great if Adobe created this type of guide for each style.
I also discovered that the developer documentation for the API had larger example images for each style which makes it a little easier to study the thumbnails: Image Model Styles (API).
