Guideline Violation

Firefly Pro is rejecting 2 of the baseline images for Scene 3 due to guideline violations, while it accepted the Scene 2 image. We do not understand where and/or why. Can you review and advise?

Both Scene 3 images were rejected for guideline violations, whereas Scene 2 was successfully rendered.

We need a specific reference to the violating component, as there are MANY scenes to be rendered.

And we are dead in the water until it is resolved.

Thanks,
Michael

In cases like this, the image is lovely. However, could be struggling to being able to identify what is what in the image.

    Common problems

    • Long complicated prompts (often from ChatGPT)
(short easy to read prompts tend to work very well)
    • busy dark background images for videos. the images need to be easy to distinguish who the main characters are and what the background is.

Think of AI being slightly visually impaired. It needs a clear hero image to work.

    Hey @MStokes2026

In cases like this, you have lovely image; however, the image is busy.  Possibly… just possibly AI is having a hard time distinguishing what is what in the image.
