Hands always look deformed.

My prompt expressly requests two hands positioned in an expressive manner is consistently being ignored. FF keeps giving me everything I'm asking for EXCEPT "two hands." I don't know how many ways I can request it but it looks like regenerate just keeps spitting out the same images.
