Harvard id : not showing credits due.

Dear Adobe Team,

I am a Harvard student using my harvard student id and I am supposed to get 1000 credits every month, but its not showing on my account. Kindly help resolve.

You will need to contact the Adobe administrator at Harvard. if you are not sure who that is, start with the Harvard IT Department.
