Have 250 credits available and trying to do a 20 credit operation but Firfly is telling me i need to buy more?

Yesterday I hit my 250 credit limit using Firefly anf was prompted to buy more credits.

Today even though my credit limit has reset it is asking me to buy more creidts still.

The operation i am trying to do is only 20 creits, well within my available 250.
