Hello, I bought a premium account in the new Adobe FI application and I could not use the credits.

Hello, I just upgraded to Adobe FI premium. I couldn't use the credits and I could only use 3 videos from the package that includes 20 5-second videos. Please solve this problem.

Thanks for reaching out. Please let us know the plan you are subscribed to. Please share the screenshot of the complete screen, including the error you are getting while generating videos. Please also note that videos generated through partner models require more credits per generation.
