Hello. I tried creating a video. The video was for my anniversary journal. Firefly changed my picture and instead of my husband and I inserted two random people. Unfortunately, it used a lot of credits. Can i get those credits back?

Hi practical_Genie9893!

I’m sorry about the trouble. Credits are typically used when a generation is processed, so they aren’t automatically returned. We’d still love to help you fine-tune your prompt and make the most of this feature. If you can share more info about your prompt and the generations, we’ll help you from there.

Let us know.

Thanks,
Kartika
