Hello, my subscription has disappeared.

Hello everyone. I see myself as someone who is new to the site. I haven't been here for a long time, but I pay every month. I would like to have 1000 more credits, but right now I see 0. Can I get it back or do I have to pay again? All my work has been lost.

    Hi. It doesn't give credits. I just see the same thing. It shows up as a new user. Zero credits. My old works aren't there either.

    Where is the chat bubble? I don't see an option on the bottom right.
