Help! I can’t add images. This makes Adobe Firefly unusable for me.

Same problem. Doesn’t depend on browser. Last week it worked correctly

Thanks for writing in. Have you tried it on another browser? Also, check the resolution of the image you're using; very high-resolution images might cause issues.
