    Hi @droopydog500

    Thankyou for your response!!!

But here is the issue my friends and me bought the student plan of Adobe creative cloud for a year

They got unlimited access to kling in video and other one in images but i didn't get it . I don't know what happened that's why I asked about it.

    Hi @Flamboyant_Symphony8e4a,

I am sorry, we cannot see your account information here in the community forums. I think you might need to contact customer support where they can look at your account and see if there are problems with your plan. You can navigate there from this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html.

    Hi @Flamboyant_Symphony8e4a,

Which Kling model are you using, and what plan are you on? There are three Kling models:

    • Kling 2.5 Turbo
    • Kling 3.0
    • Kling 3.0 Omni

Different plans can have different models/resolutions that do not charge Gen AI credits. For example, on my plan, only Kling 2.5 Turbo does not charge credits.

You can see which ones do not charge credits when you look at the list of models available. They have a gift box next to them:

Note: This image is from my plan. Other plans might have different models complimentary.
