Hey! The firefly says that I have been using all my credits and I have not. How is this possible? It says I have used about 3700 credits the past two months but I have barely used it.

Thanks for bringing this up! To help figure out what’s going on, could you let us know which Adobe plan you’re on?

t would also be super helpful if you can share a screenshot of your credits balance and reset date, you’ll find those under your Account icon in the top right of the Firefly page.

(Just make sure to cover any personal info like your email before posting.)

Once we have that, we’ll be able to clear things up for you!
