@Eros.parisato Credits don’t refresh right after they’re used, they only reset on your scheduled refresh date. So if your balance hits zero before that date, you’ll need to either wait for the reset or purchase another plan/add‑on to keep generating.

You can find detailed information about this question and more in the same article I shared earlier

What happens if I use all my generative credits?

Hope this clears things up, and let us know if you have any other questions!

    Hi Eros.parisato,

Thank you for reaching out about this.

To help you better, we’ll need a few details:

    • Which Adobe plan are you on?

    • What happens when you try to generate? do you see an error message?

    • Could you share a screenshot of your credits balance (found under the Account icon in the top‑right of the Firefly page)? Please be sure to hide any personal info like your email.

Once we have this info, we’ll be able to look into the issue more closely.

    Thanks for your patience!

    Hajar

Ho questo piano, ho fatto un abbonamento annuale che mi scade nel 2027, e dopo aver creato una manciata di immagini ormai sono settimane che non posso piu far nulla.

Thanks Eros.parisato for sharing the screenshots.

You’re unable to generate right now because your generative credits have all been used. These credits are required for Standard features (like text to image with Firefly models) and Premium features (like image to video). As shown in the screenshot below, your balance is at zero.

Credits will automatically refresh after your reset date, which is only a few hours away.

You can learn more about how generative credits work this page. In the meantime, let us know if you have any other questions.

    we’re happy to help.
