Ho pagato un abbonamento,e però c'è un limite di creazione di immagini ( 4 5 immagini) , ma siamo seri?

    @Eros.parisato Credits don’t refresh right after they’re used, they only reset on your scheduled refresh date. So if your balance hits zero before that date, you’ll need to either wait for the reset or purchase another plan/add‑on to keep generating.

    • Could you share a screenshot of your credits balance (found under the Account icon in the top‑right of the Firefly page)? Please be sure to hide any personal info like your email.

    Ho questo piano, ho fatto un abbonamento annuale che mi scade nel 2027, e dopo aver creato una manciata di immagini ormai sono settimane che non posso piu far nulla.

    You’re unable to generate right now because your generative credits have all been used. These credits are required for Standard features (like text to image with Firefly models) and Premium features (like image to video). As shown in the screenshot below, your balance is at zero.
     

    Credits will automatically refresh after your reset date, which is only a few hours away.
