How can I legally use Spotify music in Adobe Firefly for my creative projects, such as AI-generated images or videos? Are there any copyright restrictions or specific steps I must follow to import and use Spotify audio within Adobe Firefly?

You can’t legally use Spotify music in Adobe Firefly for your creative projects unless you have the proper rights or a license for the music. Spotify songs are protected by copyright, and their terms don’t allow you to download or reuse tracks outside of Spotify’s own app or features. Adobe Firefly also doesn’t have any built-in way to directly import Spotify songs. So, if you want to use music in Firefly for AI-generated images or videos, you’ll need to get permission or a valid license from the rights holder of the song.

Thank you for your message. 

Firefly does not take audio as a source (except for Firefly translation), so I am not sure what you are trying to do. Are you asking about adding music to a Firefly generated video?  If so, any audio you want to add will need to be done in a video editor or a tool like Adobe Express. You must ensure that your use of any audio content complies with terms of service of other services you use and with copyright law. If you are unsure, your best bet is to consult with legal counsel. We cannot provide legal advice here.
