How Do You Contact Support?

When I click on 'Help' it takes me to the community forum.  I don't need help from the community.  I need ADOBE to explain to me why this prompt had words removed because they did not meet the guidelines:

 

"16 bright color vector art image of an overflowing garbage truck in a filthy city"

 

EXPLAIN IT TO ALL OF US, ADOBE, AND MAKE IT POSSIBLE TO CONTACT YOU FOR SUPPORT, BECAUSE THE OTHER USERS ARE JUST AS CONFUSED AND DISGUSTED AS I AM.

    Oddly enough, it is the word "vector" when it precedes the word "art". Seems to be an error. Please report it with thumbs down and click feedback, checking incorrectly blocked.

      I've reported this as a bug multiple times and then it shows up in the Community, but so what?  Where to actually report a bug that Adobe will address?  I don't know and I"ve become pretty well fed up and disgusted with Firefly's nonsense rejections.  You can report it if you want but I'm done wasting my time with Firefly.  Thank you and have a nice day.
