How I can download firefly high quality image ?

Hello team,

 

from where can I download high qulaity image on firefly , I have a subscription (removed)

 but when i press downlaod the image downloaded by normal quality only !

Thank you for your messages. 

When you say "quality", what do you mean? Because that can be several possible issues.

 

If you mean resolution, each model generates at a set resolution. For example, Firefly Model 5 generates 2304 x 1792. You cannot generate a larger resolution in a Model 5 generation.

I think you do not understand resolution. Number of pixels is not a resolution. My Firefly downloads are at 72 dpi. We need 300 for print resolution. Upscaling 72 to 300 does not increase image resolution. It just gives you more fuzzy pixels.

I upscale from 72 to 300 ppi all the time., up to 24 inches on the longest side. Note that there is a difference between enlarging and upscaling. Upscaling software using AI and attempts to retain or sometimes improve the sharpness.

Not helpful but I'm having the same issue! It seemed easy enough on older models but now for the life of me, I can't find ANY download or image quality settings.
