Question

How long does it take to batch auto-crop 75 photos usually??

This is my first time using Firefly or any of the “credits” we get for our subscription.

How long does it usually take for you to receive your final results from a batch project, and where can you check the status of it?

I used the auto-crop function in firefly to take 75 photos (it’s misc tech and comic stuff against a black backdrop that I have photos of to sell on Ebay).

When i submitted it said it would let me know when it’s finished. I’m still waiting, and can’t any status on any of the pages. I thought maybe the job didn’t go through but I checked my credits usage and it’s showing over almost half of my credits are used, and this is my first time ever using them so it has to be from this job.

Could someone help me figure out where job status is, or tell me if it usually takes this long? With this time frame I would have been better off setting up an action in photoshop and doing it that way if I had known it wasn’t going to be quick.

    Hey @MrResethi
@Hajar Toutsi It’s not a matter of how to do it… thank-you for showing the process.

Rather how many minutes will the process take. I agree the processing time is very very slow.

I put in 3 images to be converted into a IG post; and, I am still waiting 15 Mins+. PS or Adobe Express… would have been a better choice.

    Cheers

    Nate

    Hi MrResethi

Thank you for reaching out with your question.

I uploaded 20 items to perform a bulk crop, and here’s the message I received when I clicked on ‘process’:

Where to find job log in Creative production to check the status

In less than a minute, I received an email notification and manually checked the status under ‘job log’ within Creative Production.

Note: you can see how much credits will be deducted for each process, this will be helpful if you want to keep an eye on your credits usage.

Let us know if this was helpful, and you can get back to us if you have any other questions.
