I am experiencing frequent errors while using Adobe Firefly. Generations often fail, stop unexpectedly, or return errors even when my prompts are appropriate.

This is seriously affecting my workflow. Please improve Firefly’s stability and provide clearer explanations when generations fail or are blocked.

I would appreciate a solution as soon as possible

I have noticed something similar. As a result, I have had a look in my Creative Cloud app to see if the image/ voice/ video has been generated before pressing “Generate” again to conserve credits.

Could you have a look in your Creative Cloud App and see if the image/video is hiding there?

>>Press generate: ONLY ONCE<<. If the generation is taking forever or not generating, check your CC App.

How to reliably download your files

I’ve noticed similar issues where a generation fails even though the prompt seems completely fine. The most frustrating part is not knowing what actually caused it. A clearer error message explaining whether it’s a server issue, prompt restriction, or something else would definitely help.

A Full Screenshot or short video: Please provide a screenshot of your entire browser or application window, including your avatar in the upper right corner. Many errors have multiple causes; seeing the full context is much more helpful than a zoomed-in image of the error message alone.

System Details: Specify your Operating System (OS) and Browser (including version numbers).
Workflow Context:
- Which Firefly function were you using? (e.g., Text to Image, Generative Fill, Text to Video, etc.)
- >>Which model was selected? (e.g., Firefly, Gemini, Kling, or another model<<
- The full prompt you were using.
- Copies of any reference images, keyframes, or original images used.

Other suggestions

Try a different web browser (or an Incognito/Private window) to rule out browser extensions or cache issues.
Disable any active VPN, ad-blockers, or strict firewall settings temporarily.

Long complicated prompts (often from ChatGPT)
(short easy to read prompts tend to work very well)
busy dark background images for videos. the images need to be easy to distinguish who the main characters are and what the background is.

Anything to do with Children

if it has children or child like images (an absolute no/ firefly will not generate anything that even resembles a child/ even childlike)

or

- the prompt has words associated with children example: boy, girl, kid, kids, child, children and so on...
Many Generation Models will not generate anything to do with children.
