I am getting guidelines error when uploading the character I created. It does not go against any guidelines in the document

When trying to generate a video from my own character design, I am getting guidelines error. It does not violate any guidelines in the guidelines document. Video errors out and does not generate. I am not clear why? I am using Veo fast as a model.

    Here is the prompt “animate this character looking around and then looking at camera “ and I am giving it my own sketch of a character

    The reason you weren’t able to generate a video using your reference image is that the character represents a child. Firefly does not generate videos that depict children or child‑like characters, in order to ensure safe and responsible use of the tool.
