I am not getting the unlimited generations in firefly with my plan

There is a special for unlimited generations, but it is not working with my plan.  I am not sure what is going on. I have the pro plan.

      This is my understanding and how I have seen my points being used: Firefly images are unlimited w the Pro. The video isn’t.
      The partner models tend to cost credits. Each partner model is different. 


      Adobe Firefly is not the same as the Partner models. 
      Adobe Firefly are the boxes in red.
      Partner Models are in grey and white: they tend to use more credits per generation.
