I am on a 4k credits/month and still had 3.5k left and after 1 video generations at 125 credits another at 400 credits I got a third generation at 400 credits rejected and my credits down to 0!!!

That’s it please look at my credits and credits’s consumption. It is the first time I try video generation and generated a 4s clip with kling for 125 credits and 2 8sec veo 3.2 each for 400 credits total 925 credits, far from my real credit limit.

- Gemini model → 40 credits
- 3 × Flux model → 10 credits each → 30 credits
- Kling model → 150 credits
- 2 × Veo 3.1 model → 400 credits each → 800 credits

Total consumed credits: 1,060 credits. This means you used the remaining 900/4,000 credits, plus an additional 160 credits.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to identify a clear reason for the sudden drop in your credits. I considered the possibility of other generations requiring credits through Adobe products outside of Firefly, but I didn’t find any evidence of that.

Therefore, I’ve escalated your request to the respective team for a more in‑depth investigation. I’ll share updates with you as soon as I hear back from them.

Thank you, I did use credits inside Photoshop beta this month before starting Firefly’s generations, which is what brought my credit consumption to about 3.5k credits when I started the Firefly generations as stated this in my first message.
Is there a global historic of generations per account/month available somewhere?

Thanks for providing more context,

AI generative credits are consumed for any generation that requires them, regardless of which Adobe product you’re using, similar to how content generated in Photoshop (beta) draws from your Firefly credits.

You can view all AI‑generated content in your Generation History tab, which shows the type of content (image, video, or audio) and the time it was last modified, but it doesn’t determine in which platform was it created in.

The key question now is to determine how the remaining credits were used. I’ll continue monitoring for updates from the team to help clarify this further.

- 2 × Veo 3.1, 8 sec, 720p → 800 credits
- Total expected deduction → 925 credits

Before I escalate this to the team for recalculation, please confirm that your Generation History from Adobe Files matches the Generation History shown on your Firefly webpage. To do so, kindly provide a screenshot of that tab (you may crop files older than May 14th).

Please go to your Generation history tab and:

Select All types and take a full screenshot of all the generations from this month.
Share the public links of your generations (images & videos)

Please note that this process will take some time, as we’ll need to manually review the data. Once we have the screenshots and links, we can look into your case more thoroughly.
