I demand a refund. I ordered a video, but there is a problem—there is no sound. I have requested sound and text in my language, but I have had to repeat my request many times. Does your AI not support Hebrew? I am requesting financial compensation, as I purchased your service and it is causing me harm. I want my money back, or I will leave negative feedback. Thank you.
