Question

I am trying to create a new board and it keeps going back to the main menu. Happening in both Chrome and Edge.

I am in Firefly trying to create a new board. I go to board, and new. I have also gone to New and clicked on Board, it will spin and act like it is going to create a new board, and then it goes back to the main menu without creating a new board.

    Can you please follow these steps:

    • Sign out and back in to your Adobe account, then retry.

    • Clear browser cache and cookies or open Firefly in an incognito window.

    • Make sure your browsers are updated to the latest version.

    • Check your internet connection to ensure it’s stable.

    • If you have existing boards, try duplicating one, sometimes duplicates succeed even when new boards fail.
