Question

I am trying to generate speech using Adobe Firefly, but all I get is a white page.

I click on Generate Speech and it takes me to a page that has the firefly logo in the upper left part of the screen, and my profile icon on the upper right and then just a bunch of white.  Nothing else on the screen

    Can you confirm if this only happens on the Generate Speech page, or if other features are affected too?

    If the issue is still happening, you can try:

    • Using another browser or device

    • Clearing cache and disabling browser extensions (like ad blockers)

    • Checking your network for restrictions (firewalls on managed networks can block some content)

    • Making sure your browser is up to date
