i am unable to work with adobe firefly, When i give a prompt to make video immediately showing the price tag. Please help me to use the same effectively

    Just to add to what ​@droopydog500  mentioned.
    Could you make a short video? post it to YouTube and then post the video here.
    Take us from the Adobe Firefly homepage and show us your workflow or what happens when you attempt to generate.

    It is likely that you do not currently have a plan that can be used for Firefly premium features or you do not have enough credits for the generation. Not all plans can be used for premium Firefly features. We can verify that if you can

    • Please click on your avatar in the upper right corner and take a screen shot of the box that pops up, but please black out your name and email address.

    • Please go to account.adobe.com and take a screen shot of the left two columns showing which plans you have (but do not include the third column that has payment information).
