I ask FIREFLY: "make the image to look better, with more vibrant colors, less pixelated, more gloss! " and it constantly give me this error message : "Prompt declined One or more words may not meet User Guidelines. Try changing your prompt."

I ask FIREFLY:

“make the image to look better, with more vibrant colors, less pixelated, more gloss!”

but it constantly give me this error message: 

“Prompt declined: One or more words may not meet User Guidelines. Try changing your prompt.”

Even if I change some words or refresh my page or change browser from Safari to Chrome the problem persist
