I can not sign in with my account that I used to get free week of Firefly. How to cancel now Firefly?

My account is sitaraleks4@gnail.com. I can not sign in with this account because google can not send me the code on my phone. . This time I will fight adobe till the end if they charge me with whatever in six days because I can not cancel Firefly… I wante to cancel already today, on the first day, but I can not. I have enough of Adobe.

I wrote the AI help to give me an agent..Adil helped me. I had to give the numbers of my card and he could cancel for me..A great help :P It is really like this I thinkAdobe Support Contact chat and type "AGENT" to speak with a human.
