Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

The issue is the amount of skin showing. The model will flag images where there is skin showing like in your image. You can use generative fill in Photoshop by using multiple layers and covering the skin with a layer if you are trying to change someone's trousers, as it appears you are trying to do.
